Moving into Senior Team should be viewed as a serious move that the swimmer and their family makes with the intention of becoming the best swimmer they can become. Swimmers unwilling or unable to make this level of commitment will be expected to remain at the Pre Senior  level. This policy is in place not to exclude athletes, but in the best interest of the child. Parents and swimmers need to discuss this with Head Coach.
