All swimmers need to do this by January 1st, 2010.

STAS has a Masters Swimming Program. Rio Del Oro Racquet Club currently has a roster of over 80 athletes from around all Sacramento area. The team include athletes of all abilities ranging from ex-Olympians to beginners. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill, gender, race, or disability.
