There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 13th at the Vacaville Three Oaks Community Center located at 1100 Alamo Dr., Vacaville CA, 95688 at 7:30pm.  Later on this week a Medical Release Form and a Code of Conduct form will be emailed to each of you.  Make sure you have printed and completely filled both forms and bring them with you along with a copy of your medical insurance card  to the meeting as well.  If you have any questions please email Anthony Madonna at anthonymad@gmail.com.
