Fall Swim Starts September 7, 2010

SIGN-UP NIGHT AUGUST 10

To register by mail, please follow the steps below:

1) Print out 2010 STAS Fall SWIM with registration materials. Fill out "registration card" completely, one swimmers per registration card, make sure to include your email address and phone number in order to receive a confirmation email.

2) MEDICAL FORM - included in registration packet. Fill form out completely, one swimmer per medical form.

3) Mail both forms with the appropriate payment to:
